Napoleonic Grand Tactical Re-enactment 2018

June 9 to 10, 10 am to 5 pm

Europe comes to Canada as Napoleon's army descends on Fort George for a weekend of muskets and majesty! Napoleonic style French uniforms will adorn Fort George with demonstrations and battle re-enactments. Join us for this unique first time event!

Fee: General admission plus $3.90 per person.

Saturday, June 9th

10:00 am – Fort Opens

10:00 am – Battalion Drill Demonstration

*10:00 am to 11:00 am – “Hands on History” ($10.80 per person)

11:00 am – Musket Demonstration

11:30 am – Battle Re-enactment

*12:30 pm to 2:00 pm – “Hands on History” ($10.80 per person)

12:30 pm – Mini Militia (Kids Activity)

1:00 pm – Uniforms of the Napoleonic War Presentation

2:00 pm – Musket Demonstration

2:30 pm – Battle Re-enactment

3:00 pm – Mini Militia (Kids Activity)

*3:00 pm to 4:00 pm – “Hands on History” ($10.80 per person)

3:30 pm – Dance Practice Display

4:00 pm – Musket Demonstration

5:00 pm – Fort Closes
